With 8 years in the food industry and 14 years in media and filmmaking, I founded Nadura* with a clear purpose: to eliminate animal cruelty from our plates. Driven by a compassion for animals and passion for storytelling, I took the plunge into crafting a story of real-world change, beyond films – by recreating our favourite foods with healthier and sustainable ingredients that are great for the consumers and even better for the planet. I focus on the intersection of nutrition and health sciences to create truly better-for-you products. I and grateful to be able to impact human health, the planet, and animal lives in a positive way.
Culinary Medicine Chef
A caffeine-loving earthling and self-proclaimed ice cream connoisseur, I am a holistic chef and certified culinary medicine food professional. My work blends science and wellness, crafting food that nourishes the body, mind, and planet. As a former restaurateur, I’ve cooked, taught, and inspired kitchens across the US and Dubai, including serving as faculty for the Food as Medicine program at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. At Nadura*, I lead culinary development, helping clients create healthier, sustainable menus. To me, food is more than sustenance, it’s a profound channel for healing and transformation.
Business Development Manager
As Nadura*’s business development manager, I connect innovation with accessibility, ensuring our plant-based products reach key markets with impactful retail strategies and low entry costs. By building strong partnerships with QSR chains, cafes, and distributors, I drive growth and expand Nadura*’s regional presence. I’m committed to maintaining efficient supply chains and compliant packaging, fostering trust and reliability. My job is to make you fall in love with Nadura* by building a strong community around healthier, kinder, and sustainable food choices. Combining creativity with purpose, I craft a solid brand identity, create engaging content, and drive awareness about removing unhealthy ingredients and animal products from our favourite dishes. As a vegetarian committed to sustainability, I strive to inspire conscious eating habits and redefine what it means to eat well, live better, and let animals and the planet thrive.

My love for marketing and communications began long before my professional journey. From college days, as part of a marketing activation team to working with multinational companies on school events, I’ve always enjoyed sharing my excitement for what I’m passionate about. Today, that passion drives my work in marketing and events for Nadura* and FSL. Outside of work, I’m a health and wellness enthusiast, a proud fur mom to my Havanese, and a sports lover who values proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. I’m also committed to protecting the planet and advocating for animal well-being.
