Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Nadura* Shish Kebab
  • 200 grams Brown Rice
  • 225 grams Canned Chopped Tomato 
  • 125 grams White Onion, sliced 
  • 40 grams Pitted Olives, roughly chopped
  • 15 grams Olive Oil
  • 2 grams Sea Salt
  • 1 gram Ground Black Pepper
  • 800 ml Water

preparation

    1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the rice and fry until it changes color, about 2–3 minutes.
    2. Add the onions, garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
    3. Next, add the olives and tomatoes, followed by the water. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until fully cooked.
    4. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the kebabs.
    5. Adjust the salt in the tomato rice if needed, then serve warm with Nadura* Shish Kebabs and a side salad.
