  • 225g Nadura* Meat or Chicken Free Mince
  • 200g Broccoli Florets 
  • 50g Spring Onion, sliced (whites and greens separated)
  • 15g Fresh Ginger, julienned
  • 10g Garlic, minced
  • 1g Chili Flakes
  • 10g Avocado / Sunflower oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 30g Soy Sauce
  • 10g Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 10g Rice or Cane Vinegar
  • 5g Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
  • 5g Cornstarch
  • 25g Water

preparation

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli florets for 2–3 minutes until vibrant green and just tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat avocado/sunflower oil in a pan or wok over medium-high, add ginger, garlic, chili flakes and chopped spring onion, reserving the green tips for garnishing.
  4. Add Nadura* mince, and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking apart and large chunks using the back of the spatula. Cook until browned and aromatic.
  5. Add the blanched broccoli to a pan and mix.
  6. Whisk the sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined and pour over the cooked mince and stir continuously until it thickens for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the green parts of the spring onions.
  8. Serve with rice or noodles
