Ingredients

  • 400 grams Nadura* Chicken-Free Mince, defrosted 
  • 40 grams Spring Onion, finely chopped
  • 15 grams Ginger, minced
  • 15 grams Garlic, minced
  • 10 grams Avocado/Sunflower Oil 
  • 5 grams Lemongrass Paste
  • 1 gram Chili Flakes

 

Dressing & Garnish

  • 50 grams Shallot, sliced
  • 30 grams Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 25 grams Lime Juice
  • 15 grams Light Soy Sauce
  • 15 grams Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
  • 15 grams Coriander Leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 grams Sugar

preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry Nadura* Chicken Mince for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, lemongrass paste, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame oil, lime juice, and soy sauce to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cooked chicken mince. Add mint, coriander, and sliced shallots, and stir until well combined.
  5. Serve with lettuce cups or steamed rice.
