100g White Onion, finely diced
15g Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
10g Garlic Clove, minced

5g 7-Spice Powder
4 pcs Pita Bread

In a bowl, combine the defrosted kebabs, onion, garlic, parsley, and 7-spice powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Slice the pitas in half and open them to create pockets. Stuff each pocket with 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, ensuring they are filled but not overstuffed. Gently press down to flatten and spread the filling evenly to the edges.
Lightly brush the outside of the pitas with olive oil on all sides.
Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Alternatively, grill the pitas in a pan over medium heat for 6–8 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve with a drizzle of herb tahini sauce.
