6 pcs Nadura* Shish Kebab, defrosted
100 grams Onion, finely diced
15 grams Parsley, finely chopped
10 grams Garlic, minced
10 grams Olive Oil
5 grams 7-Spice Powder
4 pcs Thick Pita Bread

preparation
- In a bowl, combine the defrosted kebabs, onion, garlic, parsley, and 7-spice powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
- Slice the pitas in half and open them to create pockets. Stuff each pocket with 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, ensuring they are filled but not overstuffed. Gently press down to flatten and spread the filling evenly to the edges.
- Lightly brush the outside of the pitas with olive oil on all sides.
- Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Alternatively, grill the pitas in a pan over medium heat for 6–8 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve with a drizzle of herb tahini sauce.
