Ingredients

  • 300 grams Nadura* Chicken-Free Mince, defrosted 
  • 80 grams Celery Ribs, finely diced 
  • 30 grams Spring Onion, finely chopped
  • 45 grams Vegan Mayonnaise 
  • 10 grams Yellow Mustard
  • 5 grams Avocado / Sunflower Oil
  • 1 gram Ground Black Pepper

preparation

  1. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken mince for 5 minutes. Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mince: celery, spring onion, mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper. Mix well, adding more mayonnaise if the mixture feels dry.
  3. Serve over greens or in a sandwich.
