Shape defrosted Nadura* Chicken Free Burger into flat patties
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
and oregano to make the Spiced Flour Mix
For the wet coating, in a second shallow dish, pour in the plant based milk and
add the Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.
In a third shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the patties in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Next, dip the floured patty into the plant-based milk mixture, making sure it’s fully
coated.
Finally, coat the patty with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure
breadcrumbs adhere to both sides. Repeat with all the patties.
Heat about 30-40 ml of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat
When the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded patties in the pan. Fry for about 3
minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Place the schnitzels on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
